Thinking about Life

Last Sunday, as I sat in Church, I couldn't help but feel the love for my Heavenly Father. It was one year ago on Sunday that Little Miss Shana was sealed to us for eternity. My emotions ran high on Sunday, as I cried as we sang in primary, "I am trying to be live Jesus", I am having a hard time balancing life right now and that song totally hit me. I need to remember the bigger picture and that he knows and he is going to take care of me if I just try to be like him.
I love this little one with all my heart. She completes our family like no other. She keeps us on my toes and her smile keeps us remember how truely grateful we are to have her in our lives.

My hubby, he is so busy and a hard worker, recently I have taken him for granted. I am so grateful that I married my best friend, the love of my life and the best father to our child. I have been hard on him with being gone a lot with his calling in the church and I am promising to him right now, so you all can remind me, that I will not give him anymore crap about not doing the dishes or taking out the garbage. Shhhhhh, lets not tell him and see if he notices. LOL.

As I think of how much he has blessed me in my life and the wonderful people that he has placed in my life to teach me lessons. I have more recently be thinking about my blessing I have received and my life, as a co-worker of mine has posted on her blog about "No Feet" http://brianandhaleywebb.blogspot.com/2010/03/no-feet.html , I know where is she is on the aspect in life and how it feels. There are difference aspect of everyone's lives that they feel like they have No Shoes but then you see the big picture and the people with No Feet. Great point, thanks so much Haley. Love ya girl!

I can't believe she is already 18 months old. As I sit and reflect this week, it was one year ago on March 11, 2009 that little miss Shana was officially and legal ours, and on March 28 eternally our. What an amazing week we had. I just have to think about how much I love Shana birth parents and the blessing they are in my life, to help me become the mother that I have always wanted to be. My heart is full and my tears stream down my face as I think of my precious daughter and husband and the love that I have for them.

Friend from Pittsburg Visiting

One of my bestest friends from Snow College was in town from Pittsburg. We meet up with her to have dinner it was so GREAT seeing her, I miss her tons and tons.

Toby Keith Concert

I finally got to go to a Toby Keith concert. It was so awesome. I found some tickets on KSL from a lady for $12.50 a piece, so I invited some friends and we went and USANA was a great place to see this concert.

I was surfing the web today at work and I found this realy cute cartoon that just makes you smile. I love kids and can't wait to tell Shana about stories when she was little and things she did.

We have had a ton of family in town for a family baptism and I am totally happy that they are here and I am sad because alot of them are leaving today. Love you SUROWIEC family, miss you tons and tons.

We also went and visited the new Oquirre Mountain Temple with the family while they were in town. Can't wait to see the pictures. (I didn't take the picture but man it is beautiful)

So it was really late tonight when we took her 10 month old picture and she didn't want to stay still. So, here she is crying or throwing a fit whatever you want to call it.... Next you will see Shana and Mommy hanging out, outside. Oh so CUTE.

And here is my 9 month old picture. I am so glad that Amy made me all of these onies... it reminds me to take her monthly picture, I did end up missing 7 & 8 months but I guess I will just have to learn next time we adopt a little one.

It has been really fun having her try out these new foods... Here are a fun video and photos of the little one. She really doesn't like carrots to much, she is a big fan of Butternut Squash and Banana's. We have been adding rice cearel to her bottles at night and she sleeps through the night. YEAH!
